For example, we love to pair fish and shellfish dishes with a Chardonnay, while Sauvignon Blanc is ideal for enjoying with cheese, delicate fish and vegetarian dishes. If you are serving beef or lamb, then try a rich and fruity Cabernet Sauvignon or a robust Merlot.

Pinot Noir is a versatile red wine which works well with chicken, red meat and oily fish as well as pasta dishes, whereas Malbec, with its dark plum notes, goes very well with cured meats.
